Ok, I was just told by the creepy all-knowing Claymates that Clay isn't coming to NC for his Christmas tour. Seriously? His home state? The closest he's coming is Washinton DC. THIS ANGERS ME. Grr. Well, my Clay tour record was already broken earlier with the Christmas 04 tour since he went on tour like a zillion times that year and I had no monies.

Well, that just ruined my day. EVEN MY FANDOMS REJECT ME. *HATES LIFE*

Well, on a brighter note, I'm going to see Keaton Simons at this really nice intimate venue in Charlotte tomorrow night. I discovered him during a Josh Kelley concert and this will be my third time seeing him. He's really a sweet guy and very talented. Definitely gets a rec from me...but then again you guys might be wary to take recs from someone who listens to Clay Aiken ;) LOL don't worry, very different. So yeah, hopefully I'll be able to snap another picture with him and get some more super exciting signed merchandise.

Hope everyone has a good week. *HUGS*

Ok, I LOVE this show. It makes me so hyper that I'm seriously bouncing with anticipation during commercials. Tonight was absolutely SPECTACULAR. EVERY ROUTINE was awesome! It was just a matter of the LEVEL of awesome!

Pasha and Lacey - I want to have so many little Pasha babies it's not even funny. Seeing him dance just makes me beam with glee. I'm definitely a fan of the whole geeky hip hop thing after the adorable Tranji routine from last year, and he definitely pulled that off and managed to look just as cute! GAH! And I'm definitely with the judges on particularly loving the dances with a story. I'm not the world's biggest Lacey fan (I know she's fabulously talented but I'm all about talent + personality and her ego often just rubs me the wrong way) but she really was great tonight and she made the whole mannequin thing look SO COOL. And I loved their beautiful, floaty waltz <3 Pasha hurts my brain with the way he handles his partners and Lacey really did listen to the judges and pay more attention to her partner. GOOD JOB B/C UMM HI - YOU'RE DANCING WITH PASHA. And yes, Pasha's jacket during his solo, FTW.

Danny and Lauren - Even though I'm pretty impartial to Lauren and generally dislike Danny (again, I know he's a great dancer, but his cockiness sort of blows my mind) and hope those are the two going home tomorrow, I genuinely enjoyed both of their routines. Of course, the Celine music + Mia choreography on the first piece definitely didn't hurt ;) I LOVED when Lauren ran and jumped into his arms and it went along with the crescendo of the song. GUH, yay sap! One thing I do really appreciate about Lauren is that she always seems to emanate such genuine joy when she dances. And of course she got to be as perky and bubbly as can be on that disco routine. I think Neil and Sara(??)'s disco is still my favorite of the genre for this season, but their's was very cute too. But yeah, I'm really REALLY hoping that those two get the boot so I get Pasha and Neil in the top 4 ZOMG.

Neil and Sabra - While Pasha is still my favorite in the competition, WOAH BUDDY they were definitely the best couple of the night. That jazz routine was absolutely AMAZING!!! My brain short circuited when Neil did that lift thing across the table. SPEAKING of mega flailage, Neil's clothes tonight?? UMMMMMMMMMMMMMM YES. Seriously, he looked so freaking good tonight my heart literally HURT. Pair that with a stunning solo and two brilliant partner routines? *FLAIL* And Sabra is just so awesome. I love her to pieces. BY FAR my favorite of the girls left. But yeah, back to Neil/Sabra, their Pasa Doble was incredible! SO SEXY. GAH. I want that image of Neil in that ruffly shirt and Sabra in that red dress singed into my brain LOL. I just love how theatrical Neil is. He really got to showcase that with his two routines tonight. And I KNOW Neil did a good job tonight, because hopelessfangirl said she enjoyed him, and he usually annoys her ;)

In conclusion, I'll be voting for Pasha and Neil this evening and I know it's not terribly likely, but I will be thrilled for Danny and Lauren to go home so I can have a Pasha/Sabra/Neil/Lacey finale. I'll be very disappointed if Neil gets voted off, but I will CUT SOMEONE if Pasha isn't in the finale. For realz. *keeps dialing*

OH BTW if anyone knows of a good place to get caps from the show, I would love links :)

UGH Mary and Nigel annoy me more and more every week. Seriously, STOP TALKING. On the other hand, even when I didn't agree with what Wade was saying, he speaks so eloquently and with such passion that I'm just kinda like *dreamy sigh* yeah...

I've been voting off and on for Jamie/Hok, Lauren/Neil, and PASHA/SARA OMG <3333 off and on since the show ended and I haven't been able to get through, so I suppose that's good? I really hope the six of them get voted into the top 10 b/c I'd love to see them on tour. *keeps fingers crossed* In all honesty, I just wish Danny and Anya would get the boot, and I think a lot of America feels the same way given the number of times they've landed in the bottom three lately. I hate that the judges get the final say on who comprises the top 10. I think that's a little ridiculous. I don't think they need that much power. I hope they revamp the process in future seasons.

While they're not my favorite, Dom and Sabra are adorable. Their chemistry is always fantastic.

I think Jamie/Hok's routines for the past two weeks have been under appreciated. I mean, I love them to begin with and I'm a sucker for a shmaltzy story line, so I guess I'm a bit biased - but I really liked the whole concept and execution of tonight's performance (and last week's too).

GUUUUUUUUUUUH PASHA ILU. Pasha is my favorite, hands down. HANDS DOWN. I just love him to PIECES, GUH. His little suspenders <333333333333 I just want to snuggle him! His and Sara's routine was so GOOD! Very entertaining and so intricate! I just loved the little thing she did with her ankles while she was on his back. YAAAAY <3

Hooray for Lauren and Neil getting another great routine this week! I think Neil really deserved that because I think a lot of people were just dismissing him as a pretty face, which just isn't fair. I think he's a lot more talented than people give him credit for.

I suppose Danny and Anya did well tonight, but they annoy me too much for me to enjoy their performances. >_<

Lacey and Kameron were very good. Lots of sass and attitude. I guess part of me isn't crazy about Lacey b/c I'm so tired of people comparing her to Benji and saying that she's better >_< And I think the judges are too hard on Kameron too. I think their pairing works well. I don't see him as a "prop."

So basically, I just want Danny and Anya to leave, which probably isn't hoing to happen. I have a feeling tomorrow's results are going to leave me upset :\ I'm just really hoping that Pasha, Hok, and Neil will make it into the top 10 *CROSSES FINGERS AND TOES*

B/c he should win forever.

As heartbroken as I was about Jessi leaving last week, Pasha and Sara are a fantastic couple and I hope they continue to do well and make it well into the top 10 :) It's kind of hard to impress the audience with swing after seeing Benji doing it so flawlessly last year, but I think Pasha and Sara did a really good job! THEY'RE SO CUTE! YAY!

Flailage #2: JAIMIE AND HOK!! OMG! I LOVED the story that went with their waltz! SO gorgeous. I thought the judges were way too harsh on Hok, I thought he danced beautifully. I think it's absolutely ridiculous that he got judged so harshly and they said Cedric did well. I'm no expert, but it's clear to see that he just doesn't hit things as strongly as the other guys in the competition do. But anyway, back to Jaimie and Hok. I think it was difficult for them coming off of such a ridiculous high from the last episode, but I thought it was aboslutely beautiful and UMM HI, ANGST <3

Flailage #3: I know lots of people don't like Neil, but I love him to pieces. I think he dances beautifully and his and Lauren's routine this week had so much personality! Of course it was choreographed by Wade, who is made of WIN, so that doesn't hurt ;) LOVED the pose they struck at the end. YUM.

So yes, I've been dialing away for the past 30 minutes for those three. I really really hope none of them get sent home tomorrow. Except I have no idea who the bottom three is gonna be. I think Cedric should be there just b/c it is SO past time for him to have left. But I hope Shauna's solo could save her b/c I think she deserves to stay. I seriously don't think there are any girls who I'd want to see go. GAH that show stresses me too much LOL.

On a side note, Nigel was being even more of a prick than usual tonight. Telling your guest judge that he's "talking crap" and making obnoxious comments about Lacey being superior when BENJI IS IN THE AUDIENCE. Seriously man, STFU. And was it just me, or were the judges yammering on WAY more than usual tonight? Nigel and Mary just make me want to stab my retinas out. I spent countless hours holed up at that desk <strike>pretending to be</strike> working.

This was our little vanity. Guess which side WASN'T mine *deadpan*

Here's our bunk beds. Luckily my roommate didn't mind taking the top. I don't think I would have dealt well with sleeping up in the air like that LOL.

Summer hasn't gotten off to a terribly stress-free start. I was summoned for jury duty when I was still in school so I rescheduled it for this Monday. My mom has never even had to serve on an actual case so I was like "Oh, one day, probably won't even take the whole time." WRONG. I was placed on a civil case and it lasted three days. THREE DAYS of dressing up and going downtown. And I had to give up my babysitting jobs for Tuesday and Wednesday. Good grief. At least I'm off the hook for two years now.

I really hope I'm able to get some things accomplished this summer. There's just so much TIME spread out in front of me right now but i just know that I'm gonna blink and I'll be loading up the cars and moving back in no time. LOL so positive.

So...last night was possibly the greatest evening of television EVER.

The Office (Season Finale): I haven't been keeping up with this as much as I would like, but I've tried to catch the episodes this season after hearing such good things about it. Everything I watch tends to be so heavy, it's nice to have some levity. Anyway, I think I joined in a chorus of collective fangirl squeeage with the Jim/Pam element. GUH Pam's face at the end was so darling. *warm fuzzies*

Supernatural (Season Finale): UMM FIRST OF ALL, SEASON THREE, HERE WE COME, BITCHES!!!111ONE I was SO relieved to hear that it had been picked up. Shows seem to come and go pretty easily on that station and I'm glad that they realized that while SPN doesn't always get a ton of viewers, it is able to consistently hold its own against Grey's and CSI, and the fans they DO have are ridiculously hardcore. But yes, YAAAY RENEWAL! *THROWS CONFETTI*

But yes, onto the episode. I think FREAKING EPIC about sums it up. Good LORD. It's hard to be coherant. I mean, I knew they were going to have to have something intense after the way they ended last week (Oh yeah, and guys? *puts heart in blender, presses puree*), but GUH it was so good. Those boys just break my heart in the most wonderful way. And Jeffrey Dean Morgan owned my soul without even saying a word. He wins so much he gets to come back after he dies and STILL kick ass and take names ;) GUH and YED is such an EXCELLENT villian. But did anyone else wonder why they didn't burn the corpse...? Are we to think Bobby or Ellen did? You wouldn't think they'd just leave him like that. Hmm...

In conclusion, if you're not watching this show - you should be. Lord knows I was hesitant when hopelessfangirl and thomasbecket told me about it since I hate horror movies, but I have fallen so COMPLETELY in love with this show, it's not even funny. People who like horror will like it for that element, but if you're like me and don't, you should watch it for the characters and the bonds they have. I mean seriously. SERIOUSLY SO GOOD. To quote a certain ridiculously beautiful freckled actor, "Tell your friends to tell their friends."

Lost (The Answers): I think they did a really nice job with this. I always love Lost clip shows b/c they're actually useful. Everything is so twisted and complicated that it's kind of nice to take a step back and have some of the more important revelations highlighted. I also liked the running commentary from the executive producers. OH and in general Lost news, I'm really really pleased with their plan to keep it going for three more seasons until 2010. I mean, sure, I'd like the seasons to be more than 16 episodes, but I had wanted at least 5 seasons and this way we get six, and they have an ending point so they can plan well in advance to make sure the story progresses properly. Oh man, my soul is going to crumble when my show is over.

Grey's Anatomy: Guys, I love you, I really do - but seriously?? They left EVERYONE screwed over! And as a strong fervent Meredith/Derek supporter, the scene with them before the wedding just pissed me OFF. It didn't even make any SENSE. I mean, for Derek to say something so hateful to Meredith and then go and make a sappy declaration of love to her was just sort of weird. But what was TRULY ridiculous was Meredith being all "I gotta go..." after he asked her if she was in it for the long haul! I'm usually the one defending Meredith b/c I don't think she's that bad, but that was just STUPID. This beautiful man has just declared his undying love for you and called you the love of his life and asked you if you're in the relationship - and you say you have to LEAVE?! WRONG ANSWER! YOU CAN TAKE THIRTY SECONDS AND GET ALL MAKEY-OUTY AND SKIP OFF MERRILY TO THE WEDDING SWINGING HANDS! WTF!? o_O

I really really love Alex. He kinda reminds me of Sawyer and Dean with the whole self-destructive, "I'm gonna act like an ass, but I'm just a huge mushball on the inside" thing. Mmm...looove me some headcases. [/Dean voice] But yeah, he did the right thing when he told Ava/Rebecca to stay with her husband. I was kinda disappointed when he tried to go back after her. And I mean, this is coming from me, sap queen of the universe. I don't know. I just don't do adultery. I guess the reason Mer/Der didn't bother me so much was because Addison's infidelity was the reason Derek had left in the first place. Speaking of Addison, she's sort of starting to grow on me. I'm going to have to end up watching that stupid freaking spin off. SHEESH. *shakes fist at the fandom gods and their reign over my soul*

Guess that's enough TV rambling, huh? ;)

I'm really gonna try to update this thing more now that I'm out for the summer. I've been so bad about it *hides*

Spring Break!

Hello all! Haven't done a proper update in ages, so I figured I'd come back with a bang. Read on for the story of spring break in Vegas and what was suppossed to be the most gleeful week of all time and how it turned into somewhat-glee and DOOOOOOOOOOOOM >_<

So anyway, mom and I left for Vegas on Monday. My parents had promised I could go for my graduation present so I could see Celine's "A New Day" show. We got in Monday afternoon and got all checked and everything before heading out for our first night on the town. Vegas truly is a crazy city. The Strip just consists of several HUGE themed casinos that are like mini cities unto themselves. We actually stayed in a Westin just off the Strip, but if I ever go back, I'd love to stay in either the Venetian (Italian with Renaissance artwork and gondolas) or the Mirage (tropical).

Hotel room! WOO EXCITING!

We went to a nice restaurant in Caesar's Palace our first night. It was one of several restaurants that Wolfgang Puck has along the Strip. You can see the interesting architecture and how the ceiling was painted like a sky. They'd adjust the lighting to make it appear as if it were different hours of the day. It was really lovely.

Me and mom at dinner. As you can see, we were dining right beside Christian Dior. The shopping in Vegas is a little insane. Ick, I look gross. SHIELD YOUR EYES!

We went walking around Caesar's Palace after dinner, and there were all of these interesting statues and fountains everywhere.

All of the hotels have tons of shopping (most of which is COMPLETELY out of the league of any normal person). Caesar's had this incredible FAO Shwartz with a trojan horse as its entrance. The toy store was three stories tall. Just to give you an idea of how everything is a just a little (...or a whole lot) ridiculous in Vegas ;) They had the most amazing stuffed animals, including two giant stuffed impalas when you first walked in *COUGH*hopelessfangirl*COUGH* :p

Because both Celine and Elton perorm in Caesar's Palace, they both have their OWN STORES!! AHH! My brain exploded a little bit. There were also boutiques for the Beatles and Phantom (see below). I'm a fan of this. I've decided every fandom needs its own store ;)

Later that night we went outside to watch the fountains in front of the Bellagio.

Here's the pretty view of Bally's and The Paris that you could get from across the street. I think some of the fountain mist got on the lens :/

FOUNTAINS!! I think the fountains were my favorite part of Vegas. The pictures don't do them justice. They're truly incredible. Every 15 minutes or so the a song plays and the fountains are somehow synchronized with it and it's absolutely fantastic. The first evening they played "Fly Me to the Moon" AND "Your Song" :)

Next day, mom and I went walking (and walking and walking and I completely effed up my feet with blisters UGH! Ok sorry, TMI...) But it was a beautiful day and I got some nice shots of The Paris.

The MGM.

Excalibur. It's like Disney World on crack ;)

The Statue of Liberty and the skyline from New York, New York. They had a crazy roller coaster that ran through it. Needless to say, mom and I were NOT riding that.

That night, we went to the Venetian, which was GORGEOUS. We went to another of Wolfgang Puck's restaurants called "Postrio." Look how nicely they have everything lit in there. GUH, pretty.

GONDOLA!! The lines were always really long, so we never got to ride the gondola v_v But it was great to watch the little guys in their stripey shirts singing to the riders. I don't know why this picture turned out so dull, but the water was really blue and lovely.

This was the hallway stemming from the lobby of the Venetian. As I said before, I'm pretty sure this was my favorite of the hotels. The architecture and design is SO beautiful. All the Phantom signs were for the version of the musical that they held in one of the theatres. Mom and I didn't go b/c we already had tickets to see Celine and couldn't spend more on another show *deadpan* (see below for the soul-crushing irony x_x)

Phantom Store.

EEEEEEE!! Another highlight of the trip. That night, mom and I went took the "Eiffel Tour" (heh heh, clever) at the Paris. We went to the top of its Eiffel Tower (which is actually only 1/2 the height of the real one, which is a little crazy b/c we were already so high I was having a little bit of a moment on the ride up). Here's the view, isn't it PRETTEH?! Vegas is so sparkly!!!

It was so hard to get a picture that wasn't blurry up there b/c you had to get your camera through the guard fencing and try to keep your hand steady while you're assaulted with wind since you're a ZILLION FEET IN THE AIR. At least you can still appreciate the shininess in this picture.

WE GOT TO SEE THE FOUNTAINS FROM THE EIFFEL TOWER!! Oh MAN it was freakin' awesome. I love those fountains. I think I need some for the backyard ;)

View of the Paris Hotel from the Eiffel Tower. It's constructed like an X. Again with the crazy architecture.

Next day, mom and I went to the Mirage, where Cirque du Soleil's "Beatles: Love" show is playing. They had an entire Beatles Boutique by the box office and everything had this wicked psychodelic lighting. It was good stuff.

View from outside of the Mirage.

We went to this nature exhibit thing done by Ziegfield and Roy at the Mirage. It was really nice. They had a really large, natural habitat with five dolphins that you could view above or below water.

They also had their signature lions and tigers <strike>and bears, oh my!</strike>. I loved the lion, he was so beautiful! He was very bored with us, though. He'd lift his head and look at all the tourists every few minutes and then just lie back down.

ROTFL, they also had alpacas...WTF? They smelled bad.

UGH I AM SO FUGLY!!!!!!!!! Just look at the pretty lobby of the Mirage and ignore the awkward-looking girl.

So anyway, after our adventure at The Mirage, we went back to the hotel to get ready for CELINE! We had gone earlier that day to pick up our SECOND ROW!!!!111111111 tickets at will call and we even got these cheesy little "VIP" passes for being "Team Celine" members. (Hell yes, I'm a member of the Celine Dion fanclub, bitchez!! *SNORT*) So needless to say, I was exploding with glee and excitement. We got all dressed up and went to a nice restaurant at Caesar's Palace so we'd just have to walk to the adjoining Colosseum for the show.

Me bubbling at my glee-peak right before...

DOOOOOOOM!!!!!!! x____________x

THE. SHOW. WAS. CANCELLED. She was SICK. Just, WHY?! Seriously. Shit like that doesn't happen to people. Who gets incredible tickets to see her favorite singer in celebration of conquering the public education system and travels across the country, only for the concert to be CANCELLED?!!!!! OH. MY. EFFING. HELL. We walked up to the Colosseum after dinner only to be greeted with a sign informing us of the show's cancellation and a bunch of ushers giving us sheets listing other shows around town. Ok, FIRST OF ALL, nothing is going to compensate for my effing lack of Celine and SECONDLY how in the hell are we suppossed to get to another hotel for an 8 o'clock show that's likely already sold out anyway?!!! So mom and I didn't go to the Beatles Cirque or Phantom shows during our stay BECAUSE we had already spent UNGODY AMOUNTS OF MONEY ON WHAT WAS SUPPOSSED TO BE ONE OF THE BEST EVENINGS OF MY LIFE! GOOOOOOOD WHHYYYYYY?!!!!!!!!!!!

[/outburst of the anger that will likely torment me for years to come]

*sigh* Celine's engagement at Caesar's ends in December, so who knows if I'll ever actually be able to see it. The prospects are looking kinda bleak. v_v We'll see.

So after that soul-crushing little event, mom and I went back to the hotel and watched American Idol and Lost and felt sorry for ourselves. The next day we had a bit of free time in the morning before we had to go to the airport, so we went back to the Venetian and walked around some more. It was just difficult to get excited about anything after the disappointment of the day before though :( Only somewhat exciting thing happened Thursday was when mom tried her hand at some slot machines in the hotel lobby and won $38 in a Wheel of Fortune machine, giving us a net of about $22. *snort* We're high rollers.

Got home late Thursday and we had one night at home before leaving yesterday afternoon for Raleigh for the JJOSH GROBAN CONCERT! My sweet sweet Josh. He made feel so much better. I'm SO glad that I had bought the tickets despite the fact that the concert was soon after our trip. If I had missed out on Josh to see Celine and then NOT been able to see Josh after my Celinelessness...MC wouldn't have been in a happy place.

We hit some horrible traffic on the way and didn't get inside until 40 minutes after the show officially started and I was beginning to think that I had broken some mirrors are walked under some ladders that I didn't know about, but we only missed the opening act, which wasn't a big deal.

Our seats were really nice, and the show absolutely blew me away! Like...his voice is literally so beautiful it almost makes me cry. And he played the piano for several songs, too *swoonage* I was able to get a few decent shots of Josh when he came over to our side of the audience.

I had seen Josh at the same venue for his last tour and I had met him by the busses but I didn't have my camera >_< And of course, I brought my camera this time and he did indeed come out (which, don't get me wrong, had me squeeing all over the place <333) but one of his "handlers" came out before he did and said we could only get one thing signed and no posed photos v_v And on top of things, my camera decided to be a bitch and start flashing its little low battery warning AFTER Josh comes over and it was really slow and stupid and I only ended up with one close picture of Josh and his nose is cut off *forehead smack* At least you can still see the closeness and teh pretty, though.

I got my program signed, so I'm pretty stoked that I have signed programs from both the Closer Tour and the Awake Tour :) I WAS ALSO ABLE TO GET A JOSH HUG!!!! GUUUUH he was so cuddly warm and Joshilicious. I don't have any pictoral evidence of this excellent event, but you'll just had to trust me that Josh Groban and I have engaged in full upper-body contact. ROTFL that makes it sound a lot more exciting.

So. This spring break was certainly...an experience. I mean, a lot of great stuff DID happen. I got to see Vegas, and while it isn't my favorite place in the world, it's really sparkly and exciting to visit. And the Josh concert made me REALLY happy, as so did his snuggly goodness.

If you read through the whole thing, I certainly commend you ;) Sorry I haven't been the best about commenting lately. I was going to get caught up over spring break, but most of the time I was without internet. But please know that I AM thinking of all you guys! <333

Tomorrow is back to the death that is college x_x *sigh*

Say which movie/show/thing it was that hooked you.
4. Supply photos for said people.
<strike>5. Tag five people!</strike> I don't know who has and hasn't. Just do it if you want to wallow in pretty! ;)

10) Orlando Bloom
What hooked me: I actually can't remember if it was POTC or LOTR that hooked me. I think it might have been the former b/c I didn't see any of the LOTR trilogy until all of them were already out on DVD. Will Turner is definitely my favorite character of his, either way. I know most of my MouRou girls think he's a woman, but that's ok ;) The hair, the accent, the charm...mmmm <33

9) Heath Ledger
What hooked me: It was definitely A Knight's Tale. I ADORE that movie. I love how it has the whole MR aspect of a historical film set with modern elements. And Heath is SO frickin' dreamy in that movie. But I think we all know when he really stole my heart. A little film about gay cowboys...

8) Keith Urban
What hooked me: Kristin got "Be Here" for me one Christmas and I was a goner ever sense. The way he plays guitar is sexual to the point of pornography. GUH. And now I shower him with even more love b/c he is one half of the most fabulous celebrity couple OF ALL TIME! *SHRIEK*

7) Patrick Dempsey
What hooked me: Mmm, love me some McDreamy. I actually didn't start watching Grey's Anatomy until a few episodes into the second season (again, thank you Kristin ;)), but as soon as I did, I went McCrazy for McDreamy :p

6) Josh Holloway
What hooked me: Sawyer. Usually I don't go for the bad boy, but Sawyer is such a fantastic character and Josh plays him so well that he has nudged himself into my heart ALMOST as much as a certain Doctor Giggles...see below...

5) Matthew Fox
What hooked me: DOCTOR GIGGLES! Oh man, you can't go wrong with a man whose nickname is NATURALLY Foxxy. I mean seriously. But yeah, Jack Shepherd is one of my favorite fictional characters of all time and I think Matthew does such a good job of playing the tortured, flawed hero. And holy crap, he is the sexiest, manliest, man!crier ever.

4) Josh Groban
What hooked me: Mom told me about a beautiful song she heard on the radio called "To Where You Are" and then I heard it and, even better, saw him singing. I think he is absolutely delicious. And the only of my boyfriends whom I've met, so that definitely counts for something. We have a connection LOL

3) Jake Gyllenhaal
What hooked me: I adored him in The Day After Tomorrow, but just as with Heath, I went completely and utterly head-over-heels when I saw Brokeback. He's so unbelievably talented and, as Zoolander might say, really really really, really ridiculously good-looking.

2) Ewan McGregor
What hooked me: UMMMM DUH. HOW WONDERFUL LIFE WAS ONCE CHRISTIAN WAS IN THE WORLD <33333 Favorite. character. EVER. Hands down. Christian is just my ideal of perfection in a man. Gorgeous, poetic, sensitive, singer...ummm, yes please. And Ewan has done nothing but impress me ever since <3

1) CLAIKEN!!!111ONEONEELEVENTYMILLION
What hooked me: I actually didn't watch season 2 of AI from the beginning, but I read so much about "the kid from Charlotte" in our local paper that I finally tuned in. I'm pretty sure it was Diane Warren night and he sang "I Could Not Ask For More." And there was no turning back. Did I cry when he lost? Yes. Does his voice make my entire soul hurt? Yes. Have I waited for him in restaurants that I heard he was coming to for six hours in the cold only to go home Claikenless? Oh yes. And are we going to eventually meet and fall in love and make lots of freckled little adorkable children? Umm...hells yes.

I'll do a real entry one of these days...

IF YOUR LIFE WAS A MOVIE, WHAT WOULD THE SOUNDTRACK BE?

So, here's how it works:
1. Open your library (iTunes, Winamp, Media Player, iPod, etc)
2. Put it on shuffle
3. Press play
4. For every question, type the song that's playing
5. When you go to a new question, press the next button
6. Don't lie and try to pretend you're cool...

Opening Credits: Lady Madonna - The Beatles
Hmm...am I suppossed to BE Lady Madonna...?

Waking Up: Get Over It - Ok Go
LOL this is appropriate. I wake up every morning like "WOOOOOOOE!!!!1"

First Day At School: Call Me When You're Sober - Evanescence
Umm...ok? LOL

Falling in Love: Never Saw Blue - Hayley Westenra
Aww this is a pretty song.

Fight Song: Nosey Joe - Brian Setzer Orchestra
This is about a dirty old man. Am I fighting a dirty old man???

Prom: Words - The Bee Gees
Aww, old school prom.

Life is Good: Delicate - Damien Rice
Life is good...but delicately so...?

Mental Breakdown: The Dirty Boogie - Brian Setzer Orchestra
ROTFL YES! *DANCES WHEN CRAZY*

Driving: How Soon is Now? - t.A.T.u
Well I guess this is sort of appropriate. The album is called 200kph In the Wrong Lane

Flashback: Miss Independent - Kelly Clarkson
This must be looking back on my wild youthful days *snort* Yeah.

Getting Back Together: She's My Girl - Billy Gilman
This better be my man singing this to me...?
YAY! Ok everyone go buy Clay's CD! It is much, much loveliness. I've already bought the iTunes version to get the bonus track and then I'm going to Target today at 3pm to get the actual album. EEEEEE *AWESOMELY LAME*

Ok, one thing I don't understand: tickets. Seriously. I bought tickets for Clay singing with the symphony during the presale because I found the password and I'm towards the back of the orchestra in row Q, which is not the end of the world because it's a pretty small, intimate veue. Then I checked yesterday when the tickets went on sale to the general public and it said ALL orchestra level seating was sold out. Then I check again today for grins and there's seats in rows L and M! WHAT THE HELL?! *sigh*

Ok now I need to stop wallowing in my Claytony goodness and actually go to class.
O_O I'm updating from my LAPTOP in my DORM ROOM in COLLEGE. Seriously, that is so freakin' insane. I'm not freaking out as much as I thought I would be ;) LOL watch, I'll wake up tomorrow having some kind of nervous breakdown. The girls on my hall seem very nice and my room mate and I are getting along very well. We just got back from this really awkward meet and greet thing where they crammed all the freshmen into the cafeteria and we were to "mingle." UGHHH awkward. LOL I'm SO antisocial. Is it wrong that I just want to sit in my cozy little dorm room all day and play with my computer?? :p

We're still in the process of getting everything arranged, but once we're settled I'll take some pictures and post them for you guys :) We have these little cork board things that I need to cover with posters ASAP. I'm having poster withdrawls with all of these bare walls!!

*sigh* I'm going to miss everyone at Northwest so terribly. I mean, I'm sure I'll be able to make friends and get adjusted, it's just that finding the sort of comfort that you get from 7 years in one place isn't something that can be recaptured. v_v I'll have to go by and visit and hopefully they won't think I'm TOO lame...or lamer than I already am ;)

Alright, well it's time for me to go take my first COLLEGE SHOWER. OOOH. Please send me comments omg THE GLEE.
